Restrictions: The Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. accepts no advertising which criticizes competitors, individual real estate professionals, or a group of real estate practitioners by name or otherwise conflicts with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.  

In addition, the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. does not accept advertising which sponsors, endorses, recognizes or awards, directly or indirectly, any professional designations other than those available through the Institutes, Societies and Councils of the National Association of REALTORS®.

The Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. reserves the right to refuse an advertisement for any reason it deems appropriate.

Services affiliated with the real estate industry are allowed, but no advertisements for agent, broker, or REALTOR® services, including property advertisements.
